US Health Panel Proposal Could Impact Canadian Women

The U.S. Preventative Service Task Force is recommending women get screened for breast cancer starting at age 40. The current Alberta guidelines recommend breast screening at 45, but changes south of the border may improve access to screening for Canadian women in the near future.
