Our Tawa Centre clinic is just west of the Grey Nuns Community Hospital in Millwoods. This convenient location is open Monday to Friday and offers extended hours for walk-in x-ray imaging in the evenings and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

MIC’s Tawa Centre clinic is located across from the Grey Nuns Hospital.
- There are dedicated stalls for MIC patients on the outer perimeter of the main lot facing 66th Street, and one accessible stall near the doors. If these spots are full, parking fees may apply.

VOYCE Translation Service
This clinic has a dedicated iPad station which our staff can use to connect with experienced medical interpreters so we can communicate to patients in over 240 languages and dialects. In under 30 seconds, we can bridge the language barrier between patient and provider with the help of professional interpreters. We can also set up video interactions with the iPad stations, so our staff can communicate with deaf patients who rely on American Sign Language (ASL) throughout the appointment.

Kandis is a dedicated patient care advocate with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She has worked at MIC Medical Imaging since 2002 as a sonographer, Ultrasound Team Leader, Clinical Educator and in her current role as site manager. Kandis previously worked as a medical radiological technologist and holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree.
